However, when he was able to assess the damage in person, he suggested a lower cost alternative to remove scratch from door. He responded to my message super quickly with an honest and reasonable quote. He noted some of my scuffs may polish out, and if they did, he wouldn't charge! In the end, after a quick polish, only one panel needed painting. He has done a magnificent job in just a few short hours - you would not know this car was scratched!
